Thanks all for your responses, I have done some reading around and have found it’s normal for those leaves to go yellow first then brown and eventually fall off. I really couldn’t figure out what I had done wrong. I haven’t watered her in a week so I thought it couldn’t of been a over feed, although it could of been a under feed so I gave her juice today. Can’t be PH as i test it and give 5.8- 6.0. Lights well I have LED 45w on 18/6. Temp is 20/21 in the night, 23/26 in the day. Humidity I have a problem with as I grow in a pc case so It’s up and down but always a flow of fresh air in and out using pc fans but still not convinced was the issue. Nutrients, well with igrowcan its comes with its first set of nutes that are mixed from the start into the soil and the bloom is fed with flowering.

Igrowcan is already prepared with nutrition and so on. You only need to make sure that she gets light an temperature between 22 and 26 °C would be good. DON´T overwater her in the can. Digg with your finger 2 cm in the soil, it feels cold and moist you overwatering her. Your substrate looks really wet.

She looks pretty good to me. Are you using nutrients? Probably don't need to at this early stage, just water is fine, and letting the soil get dry (on the top) is not only OK but preferable. Don't drown her and I think she'll do just fine. Maybe get a light breeze on her?

It's a little hard to say what's gone wrong as you have no diary. From your picture it looks like you are growing in coco. With coco your ph should be between 5.5 and 6.5 with 5.8 ideal veg and 6.2 flower. Also depending on the coco most don't have any nutrition in it to start so you will need to add your own nutrients starting of low and building up.
