Fungal disease??? I do think Peronospora

Is this a fungal disease? I am pretty sure that's a fungal called Peronospora, due to the circular yellowing on the upper side on the leaf and the snowy coating on the lower one! I will reply appreciate Any advice given. I already treated her yesterday with some Bordeaux mixture

Definitely lacking phosphorus here. U could raise ur ph a little bit to help the uptake. And don't over water them! Let the top inch or 2 dry out before u rewater. Also I believe that the temperature has sonething to do with it. But I'm not sure what degrees it has to be over without researching. Probably about 18 I would imagine but I can't say it's a fact sorry.

Looks like phosphorus deficiency. Or ph in ground is not ideal.
