Yes a dehumidifier would definitely help. A tower fan as well. Air circulation will cut down the chance of mold. Also make sure your humidity isn't higher than 55. Higher RH higher chance of mold late in flower

Harvest now! No need to let it spread. I would also do a bud wash. Best of luck with the dry cure process.

I would be harvesting now anyhow, they look plenty ripe to me, but if you are keen to let them go longer, reducing your humidity levels to as low as possible will be essential. This includes unplugging any humidifier if you are using one, your plants will not need it anyhow. There is no need to "panic harvest", just go over your plants very closely to make sure there is no other mould, or the previous mouldy areas do not come back and spread, and if you do find any mould, chopping it out is your only option. This is a painful experience, but the mouldy buds are unsafe to use for anything and removing what you can in order to preserve as much healthy bud as possible is the pay off, rather than trying to skimp on the removal and then having it spread and then having to throw a whole lot more away. Hope this helps, Organoman.

You are so close to the finish line! As long as you got all the rot off- might as well wait until she’s at your desired level of ripeness for harvest. Once your grow is over give everything a good clean: tent, fans, ect…. Next grow try to keep humidity and air flow in check- and never get your buds wet 🌱

Omg I feel you pain! This just happened to me! So what I did was cut off all the tops for an early harvest (had to toss about four from botrytis). Clean the scissors with alcohol between cuts to prevent the spores from spreading. I left the mids of the plant finish out without issue. So it was a partial harvest, partial garbage, and then the plant finished two weeks later. So frustrating! Good luck! ✌️🏻💚🌿🌿. Just be careful of the spores! And clean that tent after
