I would be harvesting now anyhow, they look plenty ripe to me, but if you are keen to let them go longer, reducing your humidity levels to as low as possible will be essential. This includes unplugging any humidifier if you are using one, your plants will not need it anyhow. There is no need to "panic harvest", just go over your plants very closely to make sure there is no other mould, or the previous mouldy areas do not come back and spread, and if you do find any mould, chopping it out is your only option. This is a painful experience, but the mouldy buds are unsafe to use for anything and removing what you can in order to preserve as much healthy bud as possible is the pay off, rather than trying to skimp on the removal and then having it spread and then having to throw a whole lot more away.
