This question is a bit like "how long is a piece of string""? Without a diary or much more information, this question is impossible to answer. Think things like - outdoors/indoors? soil/hydro/coco/DWC? size of pot? size/age of plant? what nutrients do you have to use? Try posting a question like - How often to feed? One Lemon Amnesia fem growing in a 5 gallon pot with XYZ soil mix. She is outdoors getting 12 hours of direct sun and is 7 weeks old/3 feet tall and I have ABC nutrients on hand. That would be an answerable question. A few pictures are always good too, for as they say "a picture is worth a thousand words". Without knowing these parameters, giving any sort of meaningful answer is purely guess work. Based on guesswork, I would say half strength would be plenty strong enough, Amnesia, having a large % of Sativa genes, prefers mild feeding. A good place to start is look up who bred the seed and see if they have information. If not, look up grow diaries on this website and compare to see what you think is best. It's a learning experience so everyone can give different information. Also Roberts is right, it depends on what medium you use. But I do start all my plants at 300ppm cal-mag, and grow. That's just my personal practice.

Depending on how your growing it can be every watering. Best is to learn the plants signs from its leaves and fertilize accordingly with the right npk ratio for stage of growth. Veg npk ratio is 3-1-2. Flowering ratio npk is 1-2-3
