How much water do seedlings require?

How much water should I be giving seedlings? They sprouted 2 days ago and are 1-2cm tall. I am using tap water with cal mag at 1ml per litre with a pH of 6.2. using the below

Coco is a hydroponic medium there is no over-watering, no more than Deep Water Culture so within any reasonable use it aint that.
You fertigate in coco, every watering is a feeding and they are done to 10-20% runoff no need to guess.

I would switch to distilled water... You want to give them just enough water for 24hr. If you give too much water they'll site and won't grow very fast. You want them eating everyday for best results. Just don't underwater, be careful.

Heya!
I usually feed seedlings 80mL of water everyday until they have a few leaves. Mind you that would be for coco and for soil, wait until soil is dry. I find especially during the seedling stage, a little less water is easier to recover from than overwatering.
