The weird leaf mutation is nothing to worry about, various leaf mutations are quite common with cannabis plants and are not a sign of any sort of disease or deficiency, just a weird leaf, pure and simple. It will not affect growth, yield or potency.
The bubble/blistered leaves can occur when one leaf lies on top of another leaf, which causes "sweating". This "sweat" (water really) then heats up and cooks the leaf underneath, causing the bubble/blister affect.
Again, quite common on bushy plants and not a symptom of disease or deficiency, just a "cooked" leaf that has separated the upper and lower layers of the leaves in question. Leaves are like a 3 layer laminate and this cooking has caused the laminations to lose their bond, causing the bubbling/blistering effect.
Again, this will not affect growth, yield or potency, it is purely cosmetic damage.
Hope this helps, Organoman.
