They are male flowers.
Generally, this is the biggest risk when growing bag seeds.
Spending money on quality seeds from quality breeders may be expensive for some, but what is the cost of spending 3 months growing an un-smokable plant in comparison?

It is a male cut it down. If you want you can dry the male plant grind it all up. Stems and all then decarb it and infuse butter or oil with it.

Should I remove these leaves? Cuando y como pasar mis plantas a floración??Voy a pasar mis plantas a floración 12/12, he leído que la dejan 48hrs sin luz para forzar la floración esto es bueno o lo paso y ya??
