That can certainly be considered topping but whether or not everything will be ok remains to be seen. I can't tell if your plant has already started to set her buds. It's definitely going to be difficult for her - autoflowers have their own schedule and she's going to need time to recover from this accident... generally, you do not want to create a lot of stress for autoflowers because they don't usually have enough time to recover before their next stage... but you may be lucky. Give her a week to recover... if, after two weeks, she's not producing flowers, I'd pitch her and be more careful/gentle with the next grow. Good luck....
