Yes, a deep soaking should make it pick up quite quickly.
Never give a stressed plant nutrients/fertilizers, wait until she has recovered before even thinking about feeding.
Standing the pot in a tub of water, with the water depth of about one third of the way up the pot, can moisten the soil much faster.
Also, make sure she is in shade until fully recovered, bright sun and/or hot weather can burn a dehydrated plant almost instantly.
