Rockwool grows

Any strain can be grown in rockwool so I would pick a strain that you want. For my first grow I ordered a couple varieties of mostly sativa and a couple that were mostly indica and they all grew. Just keep in mind that at first you are learning. Don't get discouraged that you aren't getting maximum yield. Just get to know the plant and how to care for it and over time your grows will get better and better.

I use ILGM. So far no problems with them and I believe they ship worldwide. I just grew my first rockwool grow and got a 20 ounce plant. That was a photo period plant not auto, however I'm sure an auto would grow just fine in rockwool. I don't think you would get a 20 ounce auto either. My plant is OG Kush, which you can get autos of those. And I highly recommend OGK if your looking for couchlock weed.

In my honest opinion, I think almost all Autoflowers will thrive in hydroponics systems. I'd honestly say pick any autoflower you really want to try, if you have a favorite strain then chances are there is an autoflower of that same strain. Grow something you know you'll enjoy!
