Is this Shell membrane crucial to life? Will this bag-seed Seedling survive?Will it survive? The seed was pried open with saliva and pruners once it broke soil. I see some brown (what I suspect to be) membrane that maybe needed to stay with the cotyledon.

Cold Temps, Seed-to-SoilThis seed has cracked out of the shell and been thrown in and out of soil. It has been experiencing 65 degree days and a 55 degree night. How long should it take for germinated seeds to break the surface?I’ve never had issues germinating/sprouting seedlings up until this point, These plants all had very nice tap roots and were planted roughly 1/4”-1/2” below the surface. Until this grow ive never had one seed not take.

Will males revert back to veg if daylight is increased by only minutes daily?I'm flowering a male to create new genetics/seeds. I flower the males outside early spring (US - Michigan).
