Why just the very top only

I asked this in a previous question but now it seems to only be affecting the very top.I don't know if that's the last to be corrected but I was given the suggestion of just using H2O for a week to correct the drooping curling downward leafs that was just starting.

I keep my Autoflowers under 24 hours of light. The light isn't causing them to droop... When my top leaves droop, I check my pH and up the ppm. They perk up within 30 mins. I'm not saying that will fix your plants. But it's not 24 hours of light that's the problem. There are a lot of professional growers on YouTube who grow Autoflowers under 24 hours of light. Mr Canuck admits in his new videos he runs all his Autoflowers 24 hours now, they get bigger and yield better. You can always ask the growers WHO show proof right on there YouTube channel.

I just read a question that someone had asked but it was basically a loaded question and it was funny to see all the DIFFERENT things growers thought it was.witch kind of goes to my way of thinking now and that is just learn the basic guidelines and make it your own because what seems to work for this person does not work for that person and so on.

Organoman wow what a answer seriously thank you the fact that you took the time to help explain things to me was very much appreciated. Does the same advice apply to auto flowers because that's what I am using.I will say I did look at the day wrong and watered DR.NO a day earlier then intended.I put in 2.5 liters and I got roughly 20oz of run off that's when I looked at my notes again and realized what happened.I'm the type that follows good advice and I will start going 18/6 and then the proof will be in the pudding as they say.thanks again for everyone who helped me with a answer.

I have a very simple answer to your question, and it has nothing to do with water or nutrients. The problem is that you are giving your plant a never ending day for weeks already by growing with a 24/0 light schedule. Your poor plant is EXHAUSTED, plain and simple. Changing your lighting to 18/6 will give your plant the sleep it NEEDS and it will result in a much healthier plant too. Nothing on planet Earth can live without sleep, cannabis included. Plants NEED sleep, just like every other living thing on Earth and to be growing for weeks already without sleep is causing the poor plant to slowly get to the end of its will to live. Plants need sleep for a properly functioning metabolism and to undertake certain processes that it can not do during the lights on period. Having a natural awake/sleep cycle is called a "circadian rhythm" and every living thing on Earth must have an awake/sleep cycle to be able to function properly and healthily. Although plants photosynthesise, they still need a dark period every 24 hours for normal health and a properly functioning metabolism. If you are keen, google "photosynthesis" and you will discover "the why" and "what happens" during a plants night cycle and why it is so vital to have a dark period for a normal healthy plant. The myth that somehow cannabis can be successfully grown for weeks/months without any "sleep" at all is one of the biggest lies that needs to be erased from history as quickly as possible, in my opinion. Sleep deprivation is a common torture technique, and no doubt by now, your plant is feeling tortured, but it is never too late to do the right thing and give her an 18/6 light/dark schedule and still harvest healthy flowers. You will not lose anything - yield, growth, potency, nothing, - by going to 18/6. In fact your plants' flowers will be superior to any that would be grown at 24/0, due to having a properly functioning metabolism that will make for proper cannabinoid production. Cannabis can only grow so much during any 24 hour period and this growth maxes out at about 18 hours, meaning running your lights longer than 18 hours is basically a waste of electricity. 18/6 is not a random number, it has been derived at through 80+ years of research into cannabis and is the most effective light/dark schedule they have found through this research and 18/6 is based on fact, not backroom science invented by people too high to think clearly. I like to think of the 6 hours of "sleep" as 2 hours to recover from the day, 2 hours to rest and 2 hours to get ready for the day ahead, and this is basically what occurs during the six hours of darkness. At the moment, your plant has been unable to do any of these things. I am 100% positive that once you go to 18/6, your plant will be much happier and healthier (and without any problems), - and a happy and healthy plant will grow happy and healthy flowers. An exhausted plant with a deranged, un-natural, sleepless and dysfunctional metabolism can in no way produce the prime flowers she is genetically capable of growing. Be kind to your plant, it is not too late to go to 18/6 and your plant will reward you with healthy and balanced prime flowers! I guarantee it! Hope this helps, Organoman.

Even without nutrients you need to give the soil some time to dry to allow the roots plenty of oxygen. Too much water can cause root rot. Now that you’ve flushed her for a week, consider re-introducing nutrients but feeding a smaller quantity, and allow the pots to almost dry before watering again.
