See the folded down leaves. This is a sign of roots in distress. Make sure to let the top couple of inches of your planter dry in between waterings.

Generally I put my finger into the soil to check it... maybe on this days I over watering!

Stop watering for some days about a week or so and then again water and wait min 4-5 days

When you say 'regularly watering' what do you mean? From looking at this, it seems like it's happening too regularly.

Changed light to flowering and all of a sudden the plants started to bleach white on the new growths and wilt at the bottom. Assumed excess nitrogen. I recently flushed them but they do not seem to be recovering at all. Quite damp.

Why is my plant so lanky? how can i get it to fill out more. Week 5I have a plant thats tall and lanky. Drooping leaves, brittleSome leaves on the bottom turning yellow so we suspected a nitrogen deficiency; gave them nutrients two days in a row but seen no improvement, then suspected maybe we had overwatered so have left them >24 hours to dry out but still no improvement on the leaves situation? First dwc grow day 7She’s on day 7 strain is gsc in dwc setup Nutes jacks 321 light is a maxisun 1000. Temp is between 73-80 live in hot climate.
