Water when your plants need it. That will tell you the schedule. I use fabric pots and water every day but I vary the amount I provide based on the size of the plant and what it is consuming.

Stick your finger in the the top soil until it hits your second knuckle. If you feel moisture then I'd wait to water. You will get a feel for this moisture once you do it more and more. ☺️
