No get a magnifying glass and check the trichomes when they are translucent like milky in colour then they are ready

Can't figure out what's going wrong here...I'm down to one plant of this strain and she has basically stopped growing.. and ALL of her buds are looking weird. They're not fattening up and are producing strange leaves... I'm stumped! Pics are portions of the main cola but they ALL look like this...

Weird colors on leaves of buds of second Short RiderI've noticed purple starting from the leaf tips it looks like down the leaf heading towards the stem.
