As soon as you see roots coming through the bottom it's ready to be transplanted to main set up

Did I ruin my runWell the good news is that I think that I got rid of the spider mites, but bad news is I used H2O2 and water mix and sprayed them after I dusted them with diatomaceous earth and my pistils are orange now dose anyone know if I just ruined my run?? BB auto looking sickAm not sure what's wrong, been growing odd since sprout, it's taken a week to produce the little second set of leaves, one side is smaller than other and it just looks SO dry. My first grow so I am having a hard time figuring out how to help it or just let it do it's thing.

POLLINATE NOW for mature seeds? Auto Plants in Week 6My Auto plants at week 6 have formed pistils.
I don't feel like they are quite mature enough to pollinate yet.
I am basically at the halfway point of this grow. I don't want to miss the window to have fully mature seeds.
