Yuck, bud rot. Cut it off and make sure you get all of it, without spreading spores everywhere.

Ouch. Sorry man, looks like botrytis aka bud rot. The light may have burnt the top causing it to rot. But you have to be careful and cut that out right away—- careful not to spread spores!
Lower the humidity and increase airflow! Happens to all of us! Sorry 😔✌️🏻💚🌿💨
