Is it safe to use non-potable water collected by a room dehumidifier to water/feed a cannabis plant? Particularly, one growing in coco coir?

I would be highly disinclined to use captured dehumidifier water for your plants. All sorts of mold, mildew, spores, and bacteria can collect in the reservoir.

@theuk420show. Taps aren't broken, but it's an old building and sediment (or something) seems to get in the tap water. I've been using bottled water. A bit expensive but we'll work on the water issue later. I needed to learn how to grow something first. Still haven't done my first harvest yet. But I have this new humidifier now and I was wondering if the water I throw out every morning was good for plants for any reason.. Looks like it might be... It might not be.

You could if you wanted but I would stick an EC meter in there first the check the amount of contanimants in the water. Are your taps broken ? leave a large bucket outside rain water is very good for plants but you need to ph and ec the water just like any other feed. Unless your using our nutrients anyway ;) ph balanced boo yah

I didn’t know this was even an issue! I do it all the time! I do find it to be around 6phβ€”- and after nutrients I have to add ph upβ€”- versus tap water.
