I use the same Foxfarm nutes & on the back of the bottle it says the stage the plant is in, how much to give & how often. I've use their guidelines on 15 grows so far, my girls are healthy & happy. They're suggestions are: General feeding...4 Tablespoons per gallon of water every other watering. Heavy feeding...½cup per gallon of water once a week. Supplemental foliar feeding...1 Tablespoon per gallon of water apply once per week during early stages of plant growth - do not apply while plants are in direct light. Seedlings & Transplanting...1 Tablespoon per gallon of water every other watering.

Well it says your growing in soil right? With soil it's meant 2 be as stated on the bottle. So if it says 2ml/l that's the strength it should be and with soil try squeeze in that 2ml or best part of it over the course of a wk. Once it gets 2ml a wk, doesn't really matter how often once you feed with water. I know fitting 1l in with soil can be like WTF. So, I do this and the soil takes it like a champ. I sometimes mix say 1ml/250ml of water to and give her that for the whole week in 1 go. Or you can spread even 1.5ml/1 and give in 2 feeds. But it says on the bottle soil once a wk. Coco daily. Its really down to choice and what your plant is getting aswel as that. Happy growing.

Unless your using very weak nutes, like half strength or less, dont feed every time you water. Id go water this time, then nutes then water. And dont be afraid to use weaker nutes than what the bottle says if you think the plant just needs a light feeding. You can even go light feed, plain water, heavy feed, plain water, light feed, plain water ect ect...if the plant looks good then I tend to go with a lighter feeding mix and only go heavy if the plant looks like it needs it or its week 4-6 of flower then I back off a bit again.

Being in soil I'd only use once a week. If hydro, I'd use daily.
