Weird leaf discolouration / drying out just in centre/bottom of leaves.

friend having some really weird stuff happening to some of his plants' leaves. We've looked around on the web quite a bit and just can seem to see anyone else with this same problem / a solution for this problem. Any idea what's causing it? any help would be much appreciated!

Thoughts about light green leaves subtle light spots?Leaves are consistantly light green in color. 3 week old plant, upped nutrient strength to 420ppm a few days ago. A deficiency, a toxicity and a toxic-deficiency???Here's what I make of it (and PLEASE correct me where I am wrong!) : The tips yellowing indicates, a nitrogen burn. The burnt brown tip indicates, nitrogen burned to long 😂 The black spots indicate, a P or K issue (as the leaves are otherwise healthy green in color)
