Weird leaf discolouration / drying out just in centre/bottom of leaves.

friend having some really weird stuff happening to some of his plants' leaves. We've looked around on the web quite a bit and just can seem to see anyone else with this same problem / a solution for this problem. Any idea what's causing it? any help would be much appreciated!

Leaf damage and flower analysis Asking for thoughts on leaf damage. I think there may be nutrient shock so I will be reducing PPM to 800 to see if that helps. My leaves on plant getting yellow at week 4. Gave her a flush for a few days with a pH of 6.0 but the run off stayed at 4.8. continued flushing with a high pH of 8.0 then the run off went down to 5.8. I did add peat moss to my Coco/perlite. Could that cause the pH to be low?

I don't think this is nute burn...So I thought I had a case of mild nute burn but I haven't given the plants any Bloom or Calmag since last Friday, only water so I'm wondering if this is a nute burn issue now. Could it be my PH? Last I tested my run off it was at about 6.65. What's causing this?
