Roots are coming from the bottom of the cup into another cup of water! I won’t have more Ocean forest fox farm for another week to transplant will the plants be ok?

you will need to protect the root from direct light. get black electronic tape and tape it shut.

They will most likely be fine but I would suggest putting something dark around the bottom cup - roots dont like light.
