Servus Mate, I do agree more with Nature Solutions. I've tried several methods to germinate.. from paper towel to whatever else. I learned that the seeds I put directly in the substrate are more hardy and resiliant than seeds germinated with other methods. I keep them warm, dark and humid until the break through the ground.
