Advice please

Hi again just took a couple of close up pics of my auto flower I am a newbie and my last auto had bud rot so I am kinda worried but these 2 are thriving but not sure if they are ready what do you guys think? Appreciate any help or advice

Not quite there yet mate. I would say 2 weeks maybe 3 left. Make sure you got air flow to stop mold. Personally I would get rid of the big yellow fan leaves.

Buddy goodness Is this ready? This is the main stalk....it's only half an inch higher than the rest of the buds. Can I snip the top bud off or do I just leave it be and give it another week or two for the lower buds to fill out?

Over 10 years of growing and somehow I've ended up with ditch weed ? quite disappointing temps got a bit high and an overfeed did occur which was sorted quickly yet no thc development on buds hardly any trichomes is it possible I just got a bad seed ? this is the worst I've done.

Less trichomes Plant 2 has less trichomes than plant 1, despite being the same strain. The hairs are darkening and curling earlier, and the calyx have slightly purpled tips. Is this just unlucky pheno? Or if it's signs of something wrong, then what could it be?
