Other potentials - light stress,
or magnesium def from looking at 4th picture could be suggestive.
With your organics it might be worth top dressing a full set and adding some bacteria - if you are running a def that should sort you out in a few days, I think gaia lasts 6-8weeks if memory serves.
If it is going scraggly very quickly if you dont water for a couple of days could be a slight case of under watering, also, probably dont need to tell you but dont water to runoff with organics cause you are essentially draining your microbes and beneficial amendments out which is what you are relying on to keep the plant healthy.
I havent had many deficiencies though so the above is all just look see hear, someone more experienced with sickly plants may have a totally different opinion.
