Hey Pal
I've done hydros once. But after reading up I learnt a lot.
Okay. So generally, at this stage of growth. Their is enough calmag in your water at this young stage of growth. Unless you are rev op water. (No EC)
Then you really should stay away from calmag if its just tap
And your ppm is way to high.
So, here's how it works.
Set up your res. Say 300ppm.includinh your tap.. then the next day. If your EC has gone down say by 50ppm then you can add more nutrients. Just drops of nutrients with water. This will stable your PH. As opposed to making a batch and having to adjust the PH all the time. Let the nutrients do it. Every day or 2 after the ppm you have set has gone down
If you set your ppm at 850 and the next day is the same or gone up by 50 or not moved and water level has gone down. That's how you know you are locked out with hydros. Not by guessing looking at leafs bud, which are very green. So yeah, you've been in lockout a while now, as your plant will normally take up as much N as it can and by doing so it locks others out like cal/mag and ppl think they have a calmag issue when it's really Lockout from excess N been taken up by the plant.
Good luck.
