I always use it at about 50cm. But it also depends, I think you can adjust the LED.

What are the strongest strains with the best taste you ever grew that is still on the market and from which breeder ?So far the strongest one with the best effect I grew is the GMO x Animal cookies from Ripper. Taste a bit like citrus and the high is joyfull. Some were quite strong but not as strong as this GMOMelo Rado - 24k Gold - Slurricane

Vivosun 300W light questionI use a vivosun 300W and Ive looked at other diaries and people perfer to do more of an 18-6 throughout the grow and ive kept mine 12-12 throughout my entire grow. So im curious why do an 18-6 light cycle with this light. Is it to maximize the light the plant receives.
