Looks like stretching. First, put a toothpick in the soil next to the plant and use a tie to support the seedling. Then, might want to move your plant closer to your light, she is reaching for the light and fell over, so support and a bit more light friend💪

Hello friend. I agree with everyone here. You have lack of proper lighting. I am fairly new to growing as well. I learned early on that it’s up to me to replicate the sun’s rays. So shit light equals shit weed. Do some research on PPFD and how that is important to a plant. Then do some research on a good lights. If you plan on growing great weed you’ll need a light that can push 900 PPFD minimum. I highly suggest that you purchase the best grow light that your budget can afford you. Be weary of lights that claim 2000w for a 150 bucks. It’s all smoke and mirrors. In my opinion your grow light is the most important part of your grow. Because without good lights it doesn’t matter what nutrients you’re throwing at it or what genetics you have, it’s just not going to work.

Move the light closer, top up with soil and use less water.

To wet my friend. Dry out that soil but before you do, sprinkle a little cinnamon around her and let her dry out. They need to have the top layer of soil dry in between waterings. Put some drain holes in the cup, if there isn't any. The cinnamon will stop her from damping off.

You need to bring it closer to the light / move the light closer. When the light isnt strong enough they race towards it and if the go too far too quicly they fall - you can support it with a chopstick but it needs.more light

At first your seedling is very long, does it really get enough light? I would gently raise the seedlings while with your other hand add soil around. I would fill the entire pot instead of half. In 10 days u can repot again anyways.
