No I wouldnt be concerned, is there only the 4 spots? if so just watch it every day and see if more pop up, would either be calmag issue or pests but you should eventually see them. its best to not micromanage.

Looks like early stage spider mite damage. Check under the leaves. You can also make a dawn dish soap to spray under the leaves. That’s my best guess. Good luck friend.

Please have a look at the coloring of this plant. I thought it was the lack of zinc, but FloraMicro provides a healthy dose. Yellow is on the newer growth and not in the older leaves is strange. I fear raising the ppms as a previous grow burned when it got > 500ppm.
