Deficiencia de cal mag?

For calmag, if your tap water has high concentrationa forcing you to mix with RO to get EC 0.3 for a start what scale are you using 500, 640 or 700? (hanna, eutech or truncheon?) If hanna then 500 scale 0.3 is only 150ppm of calmag, you could just try upping to about 200ppm / 0.4EC rather than adding molasses. If you are concerned that they are looking pale maybe up the feed but if I am looking correctly the marks on one of the leaf edges looks kinda like a water mark where a drop of water has just dried out to me, although I am colour blind so may be missing something obvious 😅 If the discolouration is across many leaves and situation getting worse then yes something to worry about but an individual leaf with a small blemish usually no cause for concern.
