This GSC Auto from Garden of Green popped after 2 days in a rapid rooter showing some browning on the end of one of the cotyledons. Any advice?

Nothing to worry about, it is just a bit of embryonic "skin", it will dry up and fall off and if it doesn't fall off, it won't do any harm.
Try and not be tempted to remove it, damage will almost be certain and since it is not doing any harm, why risk damaging your seedling?

Nute burn (Added nuts to supersoil)So, I added unnecessary nutrients to my super soil and end up with nute burn, I Flushed until ppm was 1100 it was over 6000, and since i've been dealing with yellowing and curling leafs, brown spots and well it's all going down so quick. Does anyone knows if should I flush the pot ahead of time to reduce nutrients levels?As you can see from last pic from week 6, I have used pre amended soil with 2.5 % of Nitrogen on dry mass. (sorry for the italian).

How deep can I bury stalk during transplant?Hi! I'm going to up-size my seedling to a 1 gallon pot this week. How deep I safely bury the stalk? It's currently 7cm from soil to the cotyledons. Is this heat light burn? HPS 600w at 20cmIs this light heat burn?? These are all buds at the top of the canopy and they are the ones nearer to the lights. I have 2x600w HPS, one with a cooltube and the other just with the wing. The possibly burnt buds are the ones under the wing (just 20 cm).
