I grew outside and planted in May. Deep into flower when harvesting, I noticed these small caterpillars then I saw what looked like webbing of a cocoon or spider inside the cola buds at top. Sad to find out it was mold/rot. I threw out almost 2 oz. In my case I saw the above plus the sugar leaves on bud side starting to look brown/black. Yours doesn't look bad, I don't see evidence of rot but the pictures aren't the best resolution for me to get good look. It was a humid summer. If your humidity is high take them into a garage or something with lower humidity. The buds look like they can be harvested (under the circumstances), but it depends what type of buzz you want. I grow until 90% of trichomes are amber. Make sure its rot before you make a rushed decision, it will usually look like thick white spider webbing on the inside of buds when you part them to look.
