looks like potassium. make sure your ph is in range and also check the ppm/ec of your runoff. my guess is to many nutrients caused the lockout

Should I check only EC or PH is also important?I was told not to check for PH, add the nutes and check the EC, reach the level I want and that's it, is it right?
I'm also checking the water coming out of the plants, they have EC 1+ above what I gave them.
If I gave 1.5EC then it will have 2.5EC in the water coming out.Feeding. Deficiences

Runoffs are significantly below inputs-Do I have a problem?Runoff continues to be a mystery. When watering I continue to get significantly less Ph and PPM (4.8 ph and 109 ppm) than my inputs (6.2 ph and 155 ppm) but the plant looks healthy. Leaves full of brown spotsMy friend doesn’t have a grow diary but he uses advanced nutrients and feeds when almost dry. He has this problem on his leaves and he can’t seem to stop it.
