Start at 24inches sorry don't know the cm conversion, then watch how she responds. Most manufacturers suggest 18-24im during veg

Hans panel 180 use veg mode or notI've got a hans panel, it's got veg setting and flower.
i had it all day on veg mode, seedling was stretching so i placed maybe 30cm from the lamp, but now leaves turned bit yellow.
Would it be better to put it on flower mode and place the seedling further away?Setup. Lighting

Distance from bulb or from reflector?I found content about the distance from grow lights to the plants. I Know that using a 250w MH bulb the distance should be in a range from 20cm to 30cm. But i dont know If I should measure the distance from the glass of the reflector or from the bulb itself to the plants. Help!Week 3

Removing plant from tent during light cycle in flower.Just switched to 12/12 in my first ever grow. I know that any light penetrating during the 12 hours of dark screws with growth cycle, but if removing my plants from tent during light for defoliating and watering bad as well? Currently my lights are on a 18/6 schedule, from 6am, until 12am.
I want to change their light cycle to start at 4pm and turn off at 10am, so the heat of the light balances the chill of the night.
Whats the best way to do this, without triggering flowering, or stressing them.

Light height full power vs dimmedHi, with light height, does it make a difference to the plant if I'm at full brightness and further away vs dimmed and closer? I'm going to start running out of tent space soon so I'm expecting I'll need to dim in late flower. I think it's ok just looking for assurance :)
