With LED lights it is 18-24 inches for seedlings, 12-18 inches in veg and about 12 inches when flowering.

With a 250w hps i start with the seedling 70cm/27,5 inches from the bulb so i would advise with 200w you'll start at 60cm/23,6 inches. Happy growing

Hi friend, If your led has a regulator for power than you don't need to change height but regulate intensity. If your led has no regulator for power I would advise 50cm for seedling stage and let it decrease as you go.

Download a app called photone. It will tell you the strength of the light. Place the phone level with the canopy and see what ppfd its showing. Aim for about 100ppfd in seedling stage.

Hight Problems I’ve got 3 plants in my tent, but they’re all different heights. To compensate, I’ve hung my light at an angle, so one end is closer to the smaller plants. My question is: Does this help, or am I better off keeping the light level? Any tips for dealing with uneven plant heights?

Started the plants off with 60 watts. Increased to 100 watts today with a 20/5 schedule. Could I increase to the full 150 watts already or should I give them a few days with 100? Thanks in advance for any advice. It’s my first indoor grow with this setup and I’m still learning :)

UV LED slowing down growth? Sorry previous question without the question!The plant has a rectangular area in the middle where it is not growing as quickly. The difference is almost 10cm. I suspect the lamp. Could it be that the centrally installed UV LEDs are causing this? They should grow more inside because of more light.

Wrong power cable in my LED light: still light when switched down off.Have you ever made this mistake? My second harvest was someway worst then my first. Sure I did some watering mistakes but during my chores in the room and in the tent, I found out. I used a random power cable on my PAR LED lamp so when It turned off still had some light on. Bang!

How many plants in a 70x70x160cm tent with 100W?Hello, I have a grow tent kit 2x2 with a 100W 301H EVO Spider Farmer light. I have put there three 11L pots.
