What ppfd do you guys recommend for plants in veg?
I’m finding that my light can be too strong at max power even at a 24” distance.

250 PPF for seedlings
400 to 600 for veg
600 to 850/900 in flower.

Put your hand under the light at the height of your canopy., if your hand feels comfortable under the light for 1 minute then your girls will be fine. Cheers

1- how much light is needed at this stage?

Cuando y como pasar mis plantas a floración??Voy a pasar mis plantas a floración 12/12, he leído que la dejan 48hrs sin luz para forzar la floración esto es bueno o lo paso y ya?? Y tengo un balastro gradual lo tengo en 400w al cambiar a 12/12 lo coloco en 600w o espero a la segunda semana de floración para pasarlo a 600w??

Now 5 weeks into flower I’m wondering if she would benefit from less light, like 12/12, as you would for a photo period plant. What do you think? Lights Got Stuck On When It Should Have Been DarkI found last night that the timer for my lights got stuck on for close to 8 hours past when it should have been in dark period.
