What ppfd do you guys recommend for plants in veg?
I’m finding that my light can be too strong at max power even at a 24” distance.

Put your hand under the light at the height of your canopy., if your hand feels comfortable under the light for 1 minute then your girls will be fine. Cheers

Viparspectra p1500 flower?Anyone use a viparspectra p1500 during flowering? LED distance to plant adviceInterested in how close I can get my 630w LED with a rating of 2.7μmol/W and 1700 PPF to my canopy. I had it hung 48cm (19 inches) on 380w and just upped it to 500w day 8 in flower. Does this sound too close at 500w or is this ok? Temp is 25C (77F) humidity 55%.

Full spectrum or all red grow light?Hey guys!
I have a Fast Eddy CBD autoflower grow on its 6th week and in full flower. I have been using a 150W UFO full spectrum light in a bucket, but I have another 150w UFO light that is all red. So my question is, would it help or make any difference if I changed it?

Light burn or nutrient burn?Hey guys. The tips of my leaves are starting to turn yellow and I’m wondering if this is a nutrient burn or light burn?
I lowered my ppm feeding to about 250 a few days ago and am growing in ocean forest fox farm soil.
And the light is an optic 2 running just the cobs at 24”.

Small light/ big tentI just upgraded tents. It’s a 4x4x7 foot tent. I have a Mars Hydro TS1000. I know that’s not enough for that tent. But I have a plant in its 2nd week of flower that out grew the last tent. Is it ok to just keep that light above that one plant in that size tent? Thanks!!

Hydro mars tsw 2000w got the complete tent set up and I was wonder if anybody else using this same led. when its sleep time after 18 hours running at 25 percent leds been off for 4 hours and I can still see lite power on under hood this normal or not how to fix doesn't seem right

Should i raise the lamp to force the strech?I had the light the past few weeks 30cm over the plant on 100% wich has 930ppfd in 20h duration it was all together 65 DLI.
I want to force the strech from now. Do you think i should raise the light up tp 50cm over the plant?

Light flashed onOur power did some interesting things during the storm & the lights went on in the tent - I would say they literally flashed on & then off (along with the rest of the house) - during the *dark* period. How concerned if at all should I be about this? Anything I should / could do?
