Auto Vs Feminised seeds

Very much has been written about this already. You can find many websites discussing the pro's and con's of each. In general photo plants have higher yields. Auto's used to be low yielding and had less THC but modern genetics have gotten better. I still think photo's in general can have more THC and yield more flower. A big drawback to photo plants is that everything in the grow tent must be on the same schedule as you can't have plants flowering while you are vegging others. Auto's have the big benefit of growing under consistent light. This makes it much easier if you have only one grow tent. You can have different plants at different stages of growth. This makes it easy to have some plants flowering while others are still vegging.

Its personal preference and also how much grow space you have. Auto's are great if you don't have a "Dark" room because you don't need to worry about light leaks. Just set your timer to have its off period during the night and if some light leaks in or you want to check on them its not that big of a deal. I prefer photoperiod as I like to grow a larger plant and trying out different growing techniques. Auto's you usually only want to apply some LST and minor defoliation if its a bushy plant. As for potency both can achieve the same level. Yield and time go hand in hand. Auto's are a "Set" time where photo's you can choose. So you could grow a photo and flip at 3-4 weeks to get the same results as an auto. There are so many pro's and cons. You cant clone an auto over and over since its only going to grow for X amount of days before harvest. Where a photo you can have a mother plant and keep growing the same bud for years.
