Lux Meter Apps on Smartphones What are your thoughts on Lux meter apps? The app on my Samsung Galaxy S10+ is showing 16,600 Lux at the tops of the seedlings, and converting that to a rough PPFD shows 222.55/umol/s/m². Reading more, 15k-45k Lux and 200-400 PPFD is good for early veg. What are your thoughts?

Led on 18/6 grow/flower photoperiod I have the idea to put a led in my second tent for pre growing photoperiod girls, I have some room left over for some autoflowers who also grow & flower on 18/6 light - leds can switch between grow/flower. I need help choosing a better light for my single plant microgrow!H50cm W37.5cm L57cm Now using 1 household 13w Phillips LED 2700K for flower, a 120w CFL for veg and I use a cheap 20w dual Spectrum LED that I'm sure does almost nothing. Is closer to the light much better?Is the light closer better? I have a VIPARSPECTRA 1000W LED Grow Light (10W LED ,x100) and it says during veg 18-26 and flowering distance at 18-24”. Looking at other growers using LED they are closer. Should I try to keep it closer a little at a time? Is there benefit?
