Should I use Blue light switch or Red light switch or both for vegetative growth?I'm currently using a Giixer 1000W LED grow light. The lamp has two switches. Lights for heat- 24/7 okay?I really need the heat of the lights to keep the inside of my tent warm. To warm the air around the tent 24/7 would be expensive- much more expensive than using the lights all the time. But will this work with 24 hour lights? Will that stress the plants?
