Brown Spots?

JackOfAllTrades
JackOfAllTradesstarted grow question 24d ago
Hello, she got these spots on a leaf a week ago. Today, there are noticeably more. The leaves feel like they're dried out, in the brown spots. What's wrong with my plant and how can I fix it?

Burning due to a fertilizer salt build up in the substrate is the cause of the brown spots. At this lat stage I would not worry about it, there is no time to "fix" anything before harvest time. It is a long term build up that can not be solved over night. "Flushing", which some people might suggest, will actually cause more problems than it will solve, by releasing even more salts and making the problem worse. Do nothing, but you could ease back on the feeding a bit.

Think this is primarily senescence, maybe exaggerated by any cooler temps during lights out ( 68F). If it started as spots, i'd say Ca deficiency. If you've blasted it with too much p or k, could also just be inhibiting it. Visible symptoms are indiscrete as more than one cause is possible. You look fairly deep into flower and canopy is strong otherwise, be patient as to how you react. If you can rule out possibilities go ahead and tweak something, otherwise make sure you are nearly 100% confident before doing something. Unnecessary reactions just make problems worse more often than not.
