Yes let the coco dry out everytime before you water again otherwise you will cause overwatering which is probably whats causing the problems she looks very over watered for a plant of this size you should only water around the base of the plant stem and not the whole medium this will drown your plant and make it grow painfully slow asa you can see lol it will pull through its just gunna take abit of time though I wouldnt worry too much about Ph atm lets just get her to a big enough stage to worry about the PH cause if you start adding pottasium to lower ph which most do that can also stunt the plant its catch 22 lol best of luck remember less is more when dealing with seedlings :) 👊

they are probably more sensitive to the nutrients but looking at what you wrote, the run off ph is way too high at 7.2 and the ppm should be around 300. you will have to make sure the ph of the water going in is in the right range and over time the medium oh will balance if your not getting salt build up
