Sorry for bombarding you guys with questions, but it's getting serious now, right? Anyway, my leaves are getting funky colors and I do wonder, what is causing this? Is this normal? I have used the bloom nutes as in my diary once this week, rest was distilled watering.

Hi guys, thank you for your answers, though I am pretty positive, that you misinterpreted this time. I have only used distilled water for 2 feedings, to get the plants to use up some of the nutrition in the soil, since the last time I have given fertilizer, they got burned and I had white residue on top of the soil, indicating build up salts. The PH is right at 6.5 there is no ph problem at all anymore, yes the coloring may stem from some sort of deficiency, but molybdenum?? I'm not so sure, I have rather hard tap water, I have used biobizz calmag to some extent and my bloom fertilizer does contain molybdenum. Now with phosphorus deficiency as growing grannie said, that could be possible, because I was missing proper bloom fertilizer, the idiot who I am has bought coco fertilizer by accident thinking it was suitable for coco and NOT exclusively for coco. The npk ratios are very much different. I have since then bought the version for soil. Now, with smaller plants I might have gotten away with it, but I think the long veg phase and the size of the plants added the need for more phosphorus than stored in the plants, especially with the amount of defoliation I have done by that time. Last feeding I have added 4ml/L of npk to my water and the affected plant has loved it, the other one on the right has shown signs of overfeeding again. I think this was the last time I have fertilized the soil to finish the grow. For my next grow I will definitely keep track of all the plants individually, but for that I will have to use some sort of notepad and write things down separately for each plant. I have learned that every plant, like every child, has its own needs. Thank you for your time and consideration.

gottagrowsometime might be right here... but a molybendum deficiency is extremely rare. It could also be a phosphorus deficiency that's gone on a little too long... but whatever the deficiency, the culprit is your pH... AND, I believe, your use of distilled water. First of all, distilled water contains ZERO minerals and nutrients - it specifically does not contain any calcium or magnesium and other essential nutrients - one of which is molybdenum but usually in trace amounts (which is good). Trying to add in the essential minerals/nutrients may seem daunting but if you REALLY want to use distilled water, you can add in a pinch of Himilayan Sea Salt to each gallon of water... But you also need to get the pH down to between 6.0 and 6.4 at this stage of the game (6.2 is ideal) ... It's within that range that is best for all nutrients to be absorbed by your plant.... but you also have to be GIVING those nutrients and minerals to your plant! Ditch the distilled water! Most sites advising on how to cure a molybdenum deficiency call for you to flush your plants to get rid of built-up nutes/salts... but I would advise you do to this simply to get the minerals needed into your soil! It doesn't have to be a full flush - but give at least twice the pot volume of pH'd TAP water to your plant... and then, when it's dry, continue your feeding routine (which should, at this stage, also include a PK booster and a weekly dose of calmag). Good luck...

It looks to me as though you have a Molybdenum deficiency. Look it up. Cross your growing methods with common issues that can bring this about. And you'll find your golden tic for fix pal. As there's a few ways this can come about. Mainly PH. But just type in what I told you what I think it is. And you'll be able to backtrack "Molybdenum deficiency" Good luck

After having used the bloom nutes, I noticed some of the leaftips turn brown, indicating overfeeding, now 1 week later with no new nutrients addes, I see these weird discolorations on the leaves and wonder if I have put in too much, or are they hungry again?? Is this a normal color fade??? When inspecting the sugar leaves though, they are very fine, very strong green and not showing any symptoms of anything, should I, at this time, watch the sugar leaves to understand the plants needs???
