Going away for a week, will 2l of watering before I go and 2l bottle drip spikes be enough?I'm going away for a week and after failing twice at a custom wick irrigation system I've just given up and got some idris water spikes that give 2l over 13 days.If I water 2l each which keeps them going for 3 days, and add 2l bottles to the spikes, will that keep them alive?Feeding. Does a bottom feed watering system need to stay wet? Or can it dry out before refilling? And why? Thanks!I'm using the AC Infinity SELF-WATERING FABRIC POT BASE. I don't top feed, so does anyone know if I should let the reservoir dry out? Or, because it's a form of hydroponics, do I make sure to keep water in there all the times? EC too high and leaf yellowEC 1.45 and some yellow leaf… I adjusted the soup by adding water to it and the new leaves seem to be pretty ok. Otherwise, all other parameters are good. It’s odd bc I followed instructions of the brand (Platinium Hydroponics) and the EC lvl is still kinda high. Suggestions?

Why has my plant slowed down to a trickle in water uptake from the wick bottom feed system?So I have a bottom feed wick system. Works great, but now my plant is dry on the bottom and seems to have slowed down to a trickle of water uptake. What does this mean? The soil is also drying out pretty quickly as well.
