What's causing my brown crispy leaves!?

Granddaddy_Terp

Over the past week my plants have taken a turn for the worse. Many leaves went from yellowing to browning to completely crispy! Other leaves have brown spots on them and some of the stems are purple.

Your ph is put of line in your substrate causing lock out. Your experiencing a few different things. From phosphorus, to magnesium, to potassium deficiencys. Fixing issues will stop plant from becoming worse, but it will look like it does till finish. The leaves don't repair themselves. Good thing you don't have really long left. Enjoy the harvest 🌱🤜🤛

The root hairs are rotted so the plants cant uptake Magnesium. Not enough Magnesium is what turns the stems purple.

Over watered or overfed or both. The root hairs have been rotted so are no longer able to uptake nutrient into the plant. You get a build up of salts in the medium(Nutrients are salts) from feeding what causes the plant to reverse its water flow and push water out into the medium in an effort to dilute the salts in the medium thus dehydrating the leaves making them go crispy, And its always starts at the tip first because thats the part of the leaf that has the least amount of moisture in.

Hello there. To me it looks like more a potassium deficience but it can be a combined deficience of potassium and phosphorous. So measure the ph of your drain and then give a feed her with a better npk ratio. Good luck. Bye

Hi mate what it looks like is a lack of phosphorus, you should increase the P and K side of your nute schedule. Or your ph is out of range in your medium stopping the plant from getting the correct nutrition at the stage its at. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Hey there Larkinvt, I see that growmie, the burnt time , yellowing from the outside in is a sign of Phosphorous deficiency . What happened is you have an NPK of like 12-12-24 , but in flower you should be around something like 4-8-8 ratio wise. the main idea being you need equal parts P&K and half that of N. I see your pH is off aswell, right now it's 6.8 which is great for calmag, but let me ask you : what pH is rain water ? (it's 5.5) In soil your pH should be around 6.0 going in and 6.5 going out , anything else and you'll see issues like what your seeing. Fix these two things and the plant should recover in time for it's flush and harvest. I hope this helps ! 🚀
