You should grow boutique weed that doesn't focus on speed/time/yield. Unless you plan to mass produce, small privately-owned personal grows can be achieved but it can only be weed handcrafted with love, mass-produced cheap corner-cutting weed......well anyone can grow that, even machines.

The best option would be hydro, but the problem here is that everything is being nationalized, and if you want to open a shop (if you even get the license), you have to buy it from the state + don't forget the taxes. This whole process will take a few more years, just like you imagine. That was also my first thought, but it's damn hard. Besides, it also depends on where you live; they want to allow it only at the borders, if at all, so that not too many cannabis tourists come.
