As already mentioned when flowering stretch/fastest growth spurts happen, it is totally normal that newest shoots and youngest leaves are still formin and theyre lacking chlorophyll. And that is what gives the yellowish hue look on newest leaves.
As the leaf/leaves developes and gets bigger and starts to get into the shape and if yellowish hue still remains, then you should check your feeding regime that if you feed enough Mg, Fe, Zn and S.
Those are needed in trace amounts and usually normal bottle nutes do include them acceptably. More common reason would be pH being off or excessive *something* is blocking the uptake.
