Fungus or deficiency ?

Hi, I had issues with these leaves before and i was told that it was a ph issue which I probably think it was. Since then the spots have turned rust colored. From what I read that it could be 3 things. Rust fungus, calcium or magnesium deficiency. I read that if it is fungus that

Yeah I will take a few days to start working. The leaves with the damage will always have the damage so its new growth you want to keep your eye on for problems now.

I would say it more like it needs a bit more calcium. Get a cal mag nutrient and apply to your feeds.

I read that if it is fungus that you can rub some off and that will determine that its the fungus. I tried and none rubbed off.
In case should I clip off the affected leaves?

Brown edges fan leavesLeaves edges been turning dark brown/black then the rest of leaf turns yellow and eventually i can pull it off. Has slowly been happening since adding rhino-k.
