It looks like a case of maybe excess of nitrogen.. She didn't develop a very strong structure at the vegetation.. And she didn't have the strength to develop some big Buds.

i think you are using way to much nitrogen, always make sure that you lower the amount of nitrogen in flower, because to much of it prevents her buds from swelling. it might be already to late now but this is how we all learn, by our mistakes greets👊

The plant is visible in nutrients stress, in this case, overfert! But, the Root are strong and dense. The weak structure maybe causes by its to near lights ir sim exposed. From growing to Flowering all that cause a planta with less buds and leaves very thin. Some times its the genetic itself that get things happened Faster. Check my Californian Snow diary, was similar... Stop feeding, ONLY Pure water until leaves have better aspect. Bye happy grow

It may be that during the period of vegetation the plant has not developed its structure and has spiked out, subsequently in flowering, the problems have increased as they can not absorb nutrients, it is an opinion, maybe I'm mistaken 😋

Get an EC/PPM/TDS meter and check your nutrient solution strength. That claw like leaves are a classic sign of nutrient overdose, usually nitrogen. Also, autoflowers are usually more nutrient sensitive and require a not so strong solution.

I’d check the air stone. Looks like there might not be enough oxygen in the water.
