Harvest Timing

I have 1 harvest ready plant and 2 others that need another 2 weeks, in the same tent. Can I chop the one and freeze it, then when the others are ready, hang them all together?
Trying to avoid letting the one plant cook too long (bud rot, couch lock, etc...).

I would just try and find a suitable place to hang and dry whatever is ready ahead of the rest.
Freezing a fresh plant just seems like a bad idea. I could be wrong. Maybe others have a better idea or opinion than I do.

Drying seems too fast after chop (Growing and Drying in a Shed). 5 days too quick and how to slow it down?Thanks! My last 2 grows seem to dry too quickly.
I dry in a shed but rh and temps are decent- 70-75F & 50-60rh. Even tried letting 1 plant go 6 days instead of 5 before trimming and the jar never climbed over 54% after. Is this normal- should I & how could I slow the dry down?Week 4

14th day of dry. Small bit of offcut bud reading 58% in 1 ounch grove bag overnight.14th day of dry. Temp/RH have been around 60/60, but not getting snap from stems. Did trim yesterday and took a good deal of dry leaves by simply pulling gently / running the scissors over them. Would you cut and jar at this point or leave until stems are brittle?Week 13

How to remove Mites before harvest, after final discharge, in some natural way so as not to harm the buds?I did a defoliation, but I saw that there are few mites still close to the buds. Drying optionsHi guys! Does anyone here has a technique for drying without a designated closet or tent space? I live in a studio, and don't have a traditional closet i could use. I harvested whitewidow 3 days ago. It had a very strong wet grass smell before i chop and after 3 days of drying i can still smell it in the dry box. It strange because the other two doesnt have this kind of smell. They all grow in the same conditions.. Is this genetics playing?Week 10
