I shoot for 60 degrees and 60% humidity as well.
Indirect air movement, for sure. Don't want them to start molding now, amiright?
They are done drying when the stems have a slight snap to them. Another good way to tell is if a bottom bud on the branch can get pulled off with hardly any effort. If you dry too much, you run the risk of losing all those coveted terpenes!
Then, into jars for the cure. Burp twice a day for 10-15 minutes at a time for the first week, maybe two if it needs it. Then, burp once a day for 5-10 minutes, for about another week. But, that all depends on the nugs and how they're curing up.
