(check for insects) how high is your water level/ how much gap between the pots and water? looks like cal mag if its nothing else, if it doesn't get worse I would ignore, hydro plants are more sensitive to changes in nutrients and usually when switching the water res it is a bit unstable for the first few hours/day so this can end up looking like ph fluctuations and light burns. your leaves are nice and dark, tips seem nearly to curl in, maybe try slightly reducing the nutrient dosage and see how that goes?

The problem is that is is getting worse. What kind of insect could cause this? (If that’s what it is). This website also doesn’t seem to like to have people contacting eachother because I can’t answer questions without “giving an answer”. Like I said, pH has been stable, and they eated alot. pH from 6.4 to 6.1 and EC from 1.1 to 0.8. The tank that feeds my RDWC has water of 5.5 and 1.3. So nutes and “pH down” get slowly added in RDWC and they still eat and grow like crazy! I’ve had an accident a coupl of days ago where I left the light on for 48h. After giving them 12h of dark, my work schedule didn’t align with the grow schedule. But I have definitely seen this problem getting worse. From 1 plant to multiple. You can find on my profile another question from yesterday with another photo. Again, to remind you, what insect could cause this?
