Cutting Time???????

I don't know why your second run looks worse, to me they look like plants missing proper lightning, not enough Watts to make proper bud. Purple punch is a cross from Kush, so in my personal experience - all kushes takes longer. Buds look really underdeveloped , try to give them a week, maybe all will set up into normal places. Some strains bulk up at last week only, some takes Insanely long to mature, looks like you got mix of both ;)) No panic, let her go, your leaves and stems talk to me, that grow was good, try to push her a bit more ..
